★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق المبنى قديم و موقعها جيد بسبب قربه من المحلات التجاريه بالرغم انها في حي قديم وبالجوار حي الوردين و اغلب السكان المجاورين بالحي عمال اجانب والشقه عباره عن غرفتين منها غرفه بسرير كبير وغرفه بسريرين وهي غير مريحه وتصدر أصوات مزعجه عند النوم عليها والحمام واحد عربي والسخان والتلفزيون لا يعمل ولا يوجد فرش ارضيه بالصاله والمطبخ صغير يوجد بها ثلاجه ولا يوجد غاز للطبخ ولا ادوات طبخ ووجود حشرات صغيره تخرج من الحمام وبعض الاناره لم تجري صيانتها ولا يوجد منزلق للمعاقين ولا لسهولة طلوع الشنط ولا سلة نفايات بالغرف ولا صابون بالمغاسل ولا مناديل والنظافة متواضعه والأثاث يحتاج غسيل وتعقيم دوري وعنايه والافياش قليله واغلبها ثنائي والقليل منها ثلاثي والبوفيه والمطاعم خارج مبنى الشقق والمواقف محدوده امام المبنى واضطريت أوقف في برحه على نفس الشارع واجرة اليوم مرتفعه مقابل الخدمه ٢٤٠ ريال لليوم وهي متفاوته ومختلفه في المواسم والاوقات والذروه حسب الاستقبال والأفضل نشوف على الطبيعه قبل نستأجر يمكن بكره يكون أفضل من اليوم
 The apartments are old and the location is good due to its proximity to the shops, although it is in an old neighborhood and next to the Al-Wardeen neighborhood, most of the residents in the neighborhood are foreign workers. It does not work, there are no floor mats in the hall, the kitchen is small, there is a refrigerator, there is no cooking gas, no cooking utensils, the presence of small insects coming out of the bathroom, some of the lights have not been maintained, there is no slide for the disabled, no bags for easy access, no wastebasket in the rooms, no soap in the washbasins, no tissues, the cleanliness is modest and the furniture It needs periodic washing and sterilization and care. The lanterns are few, most of them are double, and a few of them are triple. The buffet and restaurants are outside the apartment building. The parking is limited in front of the building, and I had to stop in a park on the same street, and today’s fare is high for the service 240 riyals per day, which varies and differs in seasons, times and peaks according to the reception and the best we see on the nature before We rent, tomorrow could be better than today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty Rooms and and poor hospitality, staff they doesn't know how to run this Hotel. This hotel is spoiled my entire trip my mom was really upset about the smell inside the room .the bedsheet and blankets where just a signed with out washing And I left the hotel after 4 hours from Chek-in.
And I will never chose this hotel in my life again and I recommend to all don't choose this hotel for your trip if you want to enjoy your holidays in Abha

Even after the reservation, an Egyptian guy at the reception increased the price by the time we reached to check in.
