غرفة استديو ب ١٨٠ ريال.
-ايجابيات:
١- شباك كبير.
٢-شاشه مقاسها كويس.
٣- مكيف بارد.
٤- فيه غسالة

-مساوء:
١- فرش السرير جددا وسخ.
٢- دفع مياه الحمام جدا سيييئ.
٣ علاقات الملابس في الحمام مكسرة.
٤- علاقة ملابس الغرفة مكسورة.
٥- فيه صوت مزعج في الثلاجه مايخليك تنام.
٦- مافي مناشف.
٧- في اضاءات خربانة.

وندمان اني جيت هالمكان و مستحيل ارجعله مره ثانية
من وجهه نظري( مهملين المكان جدددا لان كل السلبيات معالجتها بسيطة و سهلة .. يحتاج صيانة المكان..)
One of the worst places to spend your money
Studio room for 180 riyals.
- Pros:
1- A large window.
2- Screen size is good.
3- Cold air conditioner.
4- It has a washing machine
___
-disadvantage:
1- New and dirty bedding.
2- Pushing the bathroom water is very bad.
3 Clothes hangers in the bathroom are broken.
4- The clothes hanger in the room is broken.
5- There is an annoying sound in the refrigerator that makes you sleep.
6- No towels.
7- In Khirbanah lighting.

My experience is very bad
We regret that I came to this place and it is impossible to return to it again
From my point of view (neglecting the new place because all the negatives are simple and easy to deal with.. the place needs maintenance..)

النقطة الاهم المفارش نظيفه والنوم مريح فيها
موقعها حلو كل شي حولك
السلبيات :
ادوات بالمطبخ مافيه غلابه ميكروويف ادوات طعام
فيه رائحه تطلع من الحمام
الكنب مو مره نظيف
السعر غالي مقارنه بمستوى الفندق
Sweet, clean and tidy two rooms and a hall 700 two days on the National Day vacation.
The most important point is the bedding is clean and sleeping is comfortable
Nice location, everything around you
Negatives :
Kitchen utensils, microwave, food utensils
There is a smell coming out of the bathroom
The sofa is not once clean
The price is high compared to the standard of the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت فيه لمدة 3 ايام .. النظافة متوسطة .. الشقة لابأس بها .. عامةً وضع الشقق المفروشة في السعودية غالبا سيء السعر لا يتناسب مع مستوى الخدمة ونظافة المكان بعكس الفنادق ..
I lived in it for 3 days.. Cleanliness is average.. The apartment is ok.. Generally, the condition of furnished apartments in Saudi Arabia is often bad. The price is not commensurate with the level of service and the cleanliness of the place, unlike hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Reception is bad. Cleanse level is very bad, we asked for extra blankets and they sent one with a very strong urine smell! When I told the Yemeni guy in reception he told me that's what we have and it's clean and take it or leave it!
After check-in I told them when I was going out there is something needs to be "recleaned" before I come back they said ok but guess what? They didn't do everthing!
Never recommend. And it's definitely not worth the price.
