كلمة حق ونصيحة محب
كان من أفضل المحلات فصلت عندهم قبل تقريبا 10 سنوات كانت تعاملهم راقي وفي الموعد المحدد باليوم وطلبت الصيانه وثاني يوم جاءوا وكلمت صاحبي عنهم وفصل عندهم وكان تعاملهم راقي
ولكن الان العكس 180 درجه
كذب ونصب من شوال وانا اطلب صيانه ولاجاءوا لين رحتهم ولقيت اسمي على الورق وقلت هذا هو قالوا اوه كنا ناوين نتصل عليك بكره ههههه سلكت لهم وجاء العامل وعمل الصيانه وأخذ مقاس التعديلات عطيته 150 حق الصيانه الي قالوها طبعا هم قالوا 200 قلت اذا كملت عطيتك سوء حظر لجوالي ولاعاد شفته
نصيحه لا احاد يفصل عندهم
مجموعة عماله عربيه نساء ورجال كذابين والله على مااقول شهيد

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة سيئة جداً واختلاف التصميم وجودة التنفيذ سيئة جداً وعدم مبالاة في العميل ! ٣ شهور متابعة علشان يعدلون اخطائهم والى الان لم يتم !
Very bad service, different design and implementation quality, very poor and indifference to the customer! 3 months follow-up to correct their mistakes and so far it has not happened!

قال ضمان قال من اكذب مارأيت ..
لوسويت بالصناعيه أفضل منهم ..
خسارررره هروووب ياأصدقاء ..
لا اوصي فيه بكل ذمه وضمير لأي شخص يبي شغل محترم وجوده

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ معليش الحقيقة تنقال اسواء شي قد تعاملت معه غير ان السعر غالي و المطبخ مب هذاك الزود التمطيط الي فيهم مب طبيعي عشان زاوية وحده بس قعدت ست شهور و المشكلة الاكبر للحين مستمره كل مره يجون و يروحون بدون و لا شي نصيحه نصيحه لا تفكرون تاخذون من عندهم مطبخ افشل المطابخ هم ما يستاهلون و لا نجمة وحدة الخدمة صفر التعامل صفر مب معقولة اقعد اكثر من سنة عشان مطبخ مفروض يخلص بشهر

It is reasonable to sit for more than a year because a kitchen is supposed to be finished for a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ محل فاشل جدًا !! لا احترام مواعيد ولا مصداقية ولا احترافية أو شي !!
مواعيدهم بعيدة جدًا، يجون في الشهر مرة وحدة ويتفرجون على المطبخ وياخذون مقاسات ويروحون ويجون الشهر اللي بعده موعد تركيب باب دولاب واحد ويركبون خطأ ثم ياخذون مقاسات ثانية ويرجعون والله انهم ثلاث شهور على باب دولاب واحد !! مازالت المعاناة قائمة وفكوا نصف دواليب المطبخ مرة ثانية وخلوها بدون تركيب وراحوا وفوق هذا (جابوا دواليب بجودة سيئة جدًا جدًا جدًا وحاولوا اجبارنا بتركيبه) طبعًا رفضنا وخرجوا بدون تركيب الدولاب القديم او استبداله!
لا أنصح ولا أوصي بالتعامل معهم، الجودة سيئة جدًا بشكل لا يمكن قبوله
ويوجد الأفضل في السوق مع تعامل افضل بكثييير ومواعيد أقرب واحترام للعميل.
معاناة ماشفتها من أي محل آخر لا بسوق المطابخ أو غيره حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل.
Very poor shop!! No respect for dates, no credibility, no professionalism or anything!!
Their appointments are very far away. They come once a month, look at the kitchen, take measurements, and go and visit the next month, the time to install one cupboard door, and they install a mistake, then take a second measurement and come back, by God, they are three months on one cupboard door!! The suffering is still present and they removed half of the kitchen cupboards a second time and left them without installation and went and above that (they brought cupboards of very, very bad quality and tried to force us to install it) Of course we refused and they went out without installing the old cupboard or replacing it!
I don't recommend nor recommend dealing with them, the quality is too bad to accept
And there are the best in the market with much better treatment, closer appointments and respect for the customer.
Suffering that I have not seen from any other store, not in the kitchen market or elsewhere. God is sufficient for me and He is the best agent.
