★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمه الذاتيه لا تعمل وحين تذهب الى خدمة العملاء لكي يطبعون لك الصراف يقولون لك الطابعه معطله تعال يوم آخر وحين تأتيهم في اليوم التالي يعيدون لك نفس الموّال انا ما ادري متى راح تصلح عندهم الطابعه ياليت تركزون على هذا الاستهتار و المماطله وخدمة العملاء بطريقه لائقه.
Self-service does not work, and when you go to customer service to print for you, the teller tells you the printer is broken, come another day, and when you come to them the next day, they will return the same money to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة سيئة، للأسف من كثر كذب الموظفين ما عاد تدري هو يصرفك او صادق لما يقول السيستم عطلان او طابعة البطاقات متعطلة او اي خدمة.
نصيحة لكل مراجع للبنك اذا قالك الموظف اي تصريفة قدم بلاغ وشكوى على الهاتف المصرفي وخذ رقم الفرع اذا صادق راح يكون مبلغ عن العطل ولا راح يجيه شيء واذا كاذب راح يتأدب.
اكره الضرر لاي احد لكن تترك شغلك وتمضي ثلاث ساعات بين فروع الراجحي وجميعهم يعطونك نفس الحجة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suggest not to come here for anything. Me and lot of people had the worst banking experience from here. Their card printing machine is not working through the whole year. The staff(representative) of this bank are ridiculous and don't want to help you to get any services. They always tell you to go other branches because our system or machine is not working. I hope Al Rajhi Bank's top management will take the necessary action against this branch's staff to serve the customer better way. Thank you.
