اعطيت نجمة لسبب (غير مقبول نهائيا )عندي أو عند المراجعين ..حقيقة اول مرة تجربه لي !!! لكن المختبر لماذا لم يوضع نافذة لتسليم التحاليل يعني لكم ان تتخيلوا حللت عندهم طلبوا ان أرسل الدم للمختبر !!!!!!!! ماعمرها صارت معي .. المختبر فيه اخصائيات ، وفجأة تدخل وحدة باطفالها ،تخرج تدخل أخرى ،ماهذا ؟! الأمر هذا غير مقبول صحيًا ومهنيًا .. ماذا لو حدث خلط بالتحاليل بسبب هذا الامر !! افتحوا شباك بجانب الباب لاستلام التحليل أو كان من المفترض ان يرسل التحليل مع ممرضة وليس مع المريض!!! باب المختبر يجب أن يُقفل ولا يسمح للمراجعين بالدخول . أيضًا الاستقبال ليس لديهم احترام لخصوصية المراجعين !!! يتحدثون بصوت مرتفع عن اسمه وعمره واسباب حضوره وسبب دخوله للطبيب وتوقعاته للنتائج وماذا يشعر المريض والخ ،من هم حتى يبدون توقعاتهم وتشخيصهم !!! ماهذا ياربي ؟ الاستقبال مسؤول عن تسجيل بيانات وتحديد وجهة الطبيب للمريض والاجابة عن اي استفسار فقط فقط وبعدها يلتزم الصمت !!!
I was given a star for a reason (which is absolutely unacceptable) to me or to the reviewers.. Really, the first time I tried it!!! But the lab, why was there not a window to deliver the tests? I mean, you can imagine the analysis. They asked me to send the blood to the lab!!!!!!!! How old is she with me? The lab has female specialists, and suddenly she enters a unit with her children, and another comes out, what is this?! This matter is not acceptable healthily and professionally.. what if there is a mixture of analyzes because of this matter!! Open a window next to the door to receive the analysis, or the analysis was supposed to be sent with a nurse and not with the patient!!! The laboratory door must be locked and no auditors are allowed to enter. Also the reception have no respect for the privacy of the reviewers!!! They talk loudly about his name, his age, the reasons for his attendance, the reason for entering the doctor, his expectations for the results, what the patient feels, etc., who are they to express their expectations and diagnosis!!! What is it, my lord? The reception is responsible for recording data and determining the doctor’s destination for the patient and answering any inquiries only and then remains silent!!!

شكر جزيل لدكتورة ابتهال احمد اهم شي عندها مرضها وتعامل طيب والاحترام والاهتمام شكراً من القلب . والشي الثاني الاستقبال مره ممتازين اخلق واسلوب واحترام انصحكم في ذا المستوصف مره ممتاز الله يرزقهم وخص نص الدكتوره / ابتهال احمد ( الي م يشكر الناس لا يشكر الله )

مجمع فااااشل جداً موظفات الاستقبال يفتقرون للمهنية وطلعت فوق على أساس اسوي هيدرافيشل وتشقير قالوا لي الدكتوره مضغوطه ماتقدر تسوي لك شيء لكن لو حبيتي تسوي تشقير عادي على طول بندخلك فقط انزلي تحت عشان تسوين فاتورة ونزلت ودفعت وخلوني انتظر ساعة و22دقيقة واخر شيء قالوا لي اسفين مانقدر مرا مضغوطين!!! ونزلت تحت اشتكي عن التلاعب وقلة الذوق اللي حصل لقيت اللي بشتكي عندها تسولف مع موظفة الاستقبال و أقول لها ابي استرجع فلوسي ومستحيل اكرر التجربة عندكم قالت خلاص رجعوا لها فلوسها ماديين ولا همهم رضى العملاء حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل …

اولا الانتظار فوق نص ساعه وانا حاجزه ثانيا اول مره بحياتي ادخل عيادة بالرياض بدون رتوش حواجب وحتى لو كان عليها عرض يكون في رتوش لتعديل اي شي بالحواجب ، ثالثا والادهى والامر داخله اسوي لايت لوجهي ومدخلين بالغرفه معي ٢ وحده يحطون بها بنج لشعرها والثانيه ليزر كربوني !!!!!!! اقولها كورونا كيف يدخلون معي وبدون كمام ؟؟؟!!! قالت هذي غرفة تجهيز !! هذي عيادة ولا صالون تجميل ! اخلاق الاستقبال تحت واللي فوق اللي تشرف زي الزفت مو بروفشنال ابداً ، الشئ الوحيد الطيب الله حق الفلبينيات ونفسياتهم وشغل اللايت نظيف وقالو روحي خذي موعد رتوش والاستقبال السعوديات رفضو ولا حتى كلمة طيبة كني جاية اطر .

Think about the Clinic is overall facility is good and the decorations are lovely?the staff is quite friendly and are holding a discount on their opening must go go before it finishes.hope you like my review.Dont forget to like ⬇️

It is very difficult to connect to the hotline telephone number. Always unattended, no answer and only answering machine. Almost 100 calls continously dialling within 2-hours straight and successfully connected only once. The other problem the automatic answer machine consume money (mobile airtime load) even if you are not connected to the clinic representative. ???
