★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هدر مالي كبير .. لم يفتتح إلى الآن ، وقد انتهى العمل فيه منذ أكثر من خمس سنوات أو أكثر .. المبنى مغلق ، والغرف الخارجية ، ومايتبعها أصبحت سكنا لعمال البلدية .. شيء عجيب ! وخسارة واضحة !
A huge waste of money.. It has not been opened yet, and work on it has been completed for more than five years or more.. The building is closed, and the external rooms, and what follows them have become housing for municipal workers.. It is a strange thing! A clear loss!
