★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركه سئية سئية سئية جداً وخدمة العملاء يتكلمون بدون نفس لدرجة انهم اخطو ب الحسبة تبعي وقفلو بوجهي !! رغم اني كنت محترم بالنقاش ، ي جماااعه مو معقول الي يصير احنا وين وب ٢٠١٨ وباقي خدمة العملاء م تطورت عندنا!!
 Bad company is very bad and customer service speak without soul to the extent that they stepped in the calculation of my followers and locked in my face !! Although I was respected by the discussion, its people are not reasonable, which is what will happen to us in 2018, and the rest of the customer service has not developed with us !!

وأزعجوا أم جوالي بالاتصالات
ويوم جاء الراتب سحبوا قسطهم والقسط المتأخر
وفي نفس اليوم سحبوا قسط ثالث ما أدري ليه
ولي يومين أتصل عليهم ولا يردون
تاريخ 2021/3/30
الساعه 10 صباحاً وللحين ما يردون.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسوا الشركة و معاملتها معقدة قدمت الطلب الي شهر رايح جاي و بالاخير تم رفض الطلب ليش بسبب الراتب ليش من اول من قبل تقديم الطلب ما خبرني الموظف للاسف حتى الموظفين ما عندهم دراية باجراءات الشركة الحمد الله انو الله بعدني عنهم لانو باين تعاملهم على حسب تقيهيم و لوفي اقل من نجمة لما قصرت معهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف ماعندها اي مصداقية قدمت عليهم بتمويل نسبته ٢٠٪ واخذت شهر انتظر الموافقة وبعد الشهر اتصلو علي قالو نبي نخفض لك النسبة الى ١٢ ٪ وانتظرة اسبوعين زود على الشهر وجت الموافقة طلعت النسبة ٢٠٪ ! والتخفيض كذبة أبريل استغفال المسلمين والانتظار شهر ونص مافيه اي تعويض لي !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه مرابحه متغيره عن قبل حتى الاجراءات تاخذ وقت قبل كانت سلسه بالتعامل انا مجربهم قبل حتى ايداع المبلغ قايلين لي يومين عمل مفروض اليوم يوصلني ولا جاني ريال منهم صراحه مصدوم منهم قبل كانو منظمين اكثر
Frankly, the Murabaha is different than before, even the procedures take time before it was smooth in dealing. I tried them before even depositing the amount, they told me two working days, I was supposed to deliver me, and I did not pay any money from them, frankly, shocked by them before they were more organized.
