★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئة جدا هذي الشركه اذا وقعت العقد جميع الوعود تروح ادراج الرياح واحمد الله اني انهيت عقدي معهم القسط فوق ٥٥% صيانه لغير المطور المعتمد لديهم ممنوع سوها على حسابك الشخصي
 Very bad, this company. If you sign the contract, all the promises will be lost. I thank God that I ended my contract with them. The premium is above 55%. Maintenance for non-developers approved by them is forbidden, but it is on your personal account

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يا جماعه يا مقبلين على الشراء ابتعدو عن هذه الشركة والله حتتعبون معها شركة سريعه في توريطك وبعد كذا تجلسون في معاناه والله لي اربعه اشهر وهم يماطلون في السداد المبكر وبعد اربعه اشهر وبعد سحب المبلغ حقهم باقي المعاناه مستمره ويرفعون القسط الشهري من ثاني شهر ويا ويلك تتاخر شهرين عن السداد على طول المحكمه ويبيعون البيت في المزاد ويبخسون السعر انتبهو من السركات حذاري حذاري

الحقيقة اني كنت ناوي اتعامل معهم في موضوع تمويل لبيت العمر ، بس طبعا من كثر الكلام ورأي الناس اللي انا قريته هينا الصراحة هونت ، اجل ٩٧٪ كلهم يسبون هالشركة وال٣٪ يمدحونها وما استغرب من ان يكونوا ٣٪ من موظفين او اقارب موظفين نفس الشركة
الا هج يا ولد عاد انا مع الكذابين ما اعرف امسك اعصابي ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موظفي الشركة تعاملهم جيد ولكن عدم توضيح العقد للعميل وعدم توضيح السايبر للعميل هذه من عيوبهم
رفعوا القسط علي سايبر وتفاجأت لعدم علمي بأنه من الشروط ، وبعد مدة انخفض السايبر ولم ينخفظ القسط الا بعد مراجعة ، وعلى كل حال الشركة جيدة تحتاج شوية تنظيم ، وهذا حال المحتاج لازم يصبر على شروط الشركات والبنوك

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few times over the last 14 year since moving to KSA have I been treated with such professionalism and courtesy. My circumstance from the beginning didn't instill much confidence on either side for securing a positive outcome to my home loan request. Nonetheless the representative handling my case went above and beyond to secure my financial interests. After a week of diligent research I was informed that my request would not be accepted and that my circumstances would not allow SHL to qualify me. At this point SHL's rep had done what was required of him and could have wished me luck and sent me on my. Instead he offered me information on ways to increase my odds and apply again at a later date when my circumstance are more favorable. As close to a perfect customer service experience as anyone could get. No fees were requested at any point during this process. Thank you for your efforts Mr. M. Alayouti.
