★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم سحب نقاط من الفيزا بالخطأ . قالوا سوف ترجع لك . وبعد الاتصال على الرقم الموحد أفادوا بعدم وجود أي مطالبه استرجاع نقاط وهذا للأسف يدل على عدم مصداقيه في التعامل . فرع طريق الملك سلمان.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مريت بتجربه سيئه جداً في هذا الفرع وانصح الجميع بعدم الشراء لا تتكرر نفس تجربتي قبل رمضان بأسبوع شريت منهم فريزر وقالي مدير المحل بيتصل عليك فني التوصيل بعد 2 او 3 ايام ولا كلمني احد واتصل عليهم ولا يردون ولما مر اسبوع رفعت عليهم بلاغ تجاري بعدها اتصلوا علي قلت خلاص بس رجعوا فلوسي قالوا تعالي للمحل رحت للمحل قالوا ماعندنا كاش ارسلي لنا معلوماتك في الولتس ونرجع لك فلوسك في حسابك وارسلت لهم وطنشوني اسبوع مافتحوا الرساله ورحنا لهم مره ثانيه قالوا طيب نرفع لكم طلب استرداد المهم اني تضررت منهم في هذا الشهر الفضيل حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل وسبب عدم توصيل الفني للفريزر يقولون ما رفعتي طلب توصيل مع انهم ما قالوا لي وقت الشراء لازم ارفع طلب الا اني دخلت على الفاتوره الالكترونيه ورفعت طلب واخترت وقت التوصيل لكن واضح العاملين في هذا الفرع ما يعرفون شيء مع الاسف

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئة جداً.. ما زال العنصر الاجنبي خاصة المصري يمرح ويسرح وكانه احد الملاك.. ومحمد السبكي ع راس القائمة.. يتصرف كانه المسئول والمدير والامر الناهي.. نتصل ع الهاتف المجاني يرفضون استقبال شكوى .. ويرسلون رابط.. حقوق العميل مهدره.. والمدير الموجود السعودي لا يحل ولا يربط.. فقط تقديم اعتذار نيابة عن المصري .. وزارة الموارد البشرية مطلوب منها متابعة السعودة هناك.. شباب سعودي مميز في كل المواقع.. الا ان العنصر الاجنبي خاصه المصريين في كافة معارض الاحهزة المنزليه وتحكمهم يثير الرييه والشك.. خاصه ان لهم اليد الطولى في اصدار التوجيه كما حصل في موضوعي.
حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل.. حقوق المواطن تنهب وتهدر من اجنبي للاسف.
