I called then they said 12 noon.
I waited till 4 pm no show.
I tried calling the help line with no luck.
They came at 6pm in the end!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time matters, regardless to the dishonesty situation happened to me in the store. If you schedule a delivery time, then stick to that that time because I don’t have time just like you! Not recommended at all.

It has now been a year since my purchase, I have the following remarks:
- Professional customer service
- On time installation
- On going support
- Had two visits one for repair and one for maintenance both free of charge under warranty (O2 products)
- Staff is helpful and gives you recommendation
