★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملت معاهم اكثر من مرة واشتريت اغراض كثيرة منهم سابقاً وكانو قمة في الأخلاق والتعاون في خدمة *ما قبل البيع* وما واجهتني اي مشاكل بعد ما ركبتها. اخر مرة اشتريت لمبة خارجية LED، وكان الكرتون مفتوح جزئياً لكن البائع طمنني بأن المستودع تحقق منها واللمبة سليمة وجميع قطعها داخل الكرتون. بحكم تجاربي الايجابية معاهم اخذت بكلامه واشتريتها وحطيتها في المستودع لحد ما جبت كهربائي يركبها. لما جا الكهربائي وفتح ما تبقى من الكرتون وجد ان القواعد اللي تثبت اللمبة بالجدار مفقودة. ما اهتميت وقتها، قلت بسيطة براجع المحل والشباب هناك متعاونين ورح يعطوني القواعد وراح يعتذرون عن الخطأ الي بدر منهم، لكن لا. في اول مرة قالو لي لازم تراجع الشخص الي باعها لك ومهو مداوم اليوم، وثاني مرة قابلت نفس الشخص وقال حرفياً "احنا غير مسؤولين عن البضاعة اول ما تطلع من باب المحل"، ورفض حتى يوفر القطع "لان كل لمبة تجي مع قطعها" او حتى بديل للقطع. في النهاية عرض علي التصريفه المعتادة "خلي رقمك عندي، واذا لقيت لك حل بتصل عليك"، ومرت ٢٤ ساعة وما دق. *ارجو من الجميع توخي الحذر عند التعامل معهم ولا يغرك تعاملهم الجميل معاك قبل البيع، وخليه يوريك ان جميع الاغراض موجودة قبل ما تطلع من المحل وخصوصاً لو كان الكرتون مفتوح*. هذا الي حصل معاي واتمنى انه يمنع حدوث نفس المشكلة لشخص ثاني.
#تحديث: للامانه، تواصلو معي بعد كتابة المراجعة بساعتين وقالو لي ان القطع موجودة واقدر اجي استلمها. شي جيد الصراحة لكن ما كان في داعي لاني ارجع للمحل 3 مرات وكل شوي واحد يرسلني على الثاني عشان قطع بسيطة.
I dealt with them more than once and bought many items from them before, and they were the top in ethics and cooperation in the * pre-sale * service and I had no problems after I installed it. The last time I bought an external LED bulb, the carton was partially open but the seller assured me that the warehouse checked it and the bulb was intact and all of the pieces were inside the carton. By virtue of my positive experiences with them, I took his word, bought it, and put it in the warehouse to the extent that I brought an electrician to ride it. When the electrician came and opened the rest of the carton, he found that the rules that fix the lamp to the wall were missing. I didn’t care at the time, I said simple to go back to the shop and the youth there are collaborators and they give me the rules and they apologize for the mistake that Badr from them, but no. The first time they told me that the person who sold it to you must be retreated and it is persistent today, and the second time I met the same person and he said literally "We are not responsible for the goods the first thing that comes out of the store door", and he refused to provide the pieces "because every bulb comes with their pieces" or even Replacement cut. In the end, he offered me the usual discharge, "Leave my number to me, and if I find you a solution, I will call you", and 24 hours passed and what happened. * I ask everyone to be careful when dealing with them and do not be tempted by their beautiful dealings with you before the sale, and the Yurek cell that all things exist before what comes out of the store, especially if the carton is open *. This happened to me and I hope that it prevents the same problem from occurring to a second person.
# Update: To be honest, contact me two hours after writing the review and tell me that the pieces are there and I can receive them. It is a good thing to be honest, but I did not need to go back to the store 3 times, and every single grill sends me on the second, because of the simple pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف بضاعة ممتازة ولاكن غير متوفرة .. المحل أصبح عبارة عن معرض للفرجه واذا حبيت تشتري يقولك مافيه ولا بعد فترة تجي .. وتاخذ شي على الضمان وبعد فترة يعطل يقولون مقطوع مافيه منه .. مشكلة العلامة التجارة الممتازة اذا كانت الإدارة فاشلة
Unfortunately, excellent merchandise, but it is not available.. the shop has become a showroom for watching. If you want to buy, it will tell you it is not. After a while, you will come.. and take something on the warranty, and after a while it stops.
