والحمد الله تم تركيب المطبخ بعد مده ٤شهور كما كان متفق عليه ونفس الصوره تم تنفيذها على ارض الواقع ..

التركيب كان في الموعد المتفق عليه وكانت هناك احترافيه عالية من فني التركيب
المنتج متضمنًا التصميم والالوان كما تم الاتفاق عليه
جودة المنتج لا استطيع الحكم عليها الا بعد الاستخدام.

صراحة جربت شركات أخرى ولم أرى المثالية الا في مطابخ كوزين واتمنى ان يعملوا دورات للمؤسسات الاخرى لأسلوبهم الراقي في كيفية كسب العميل والتعامل معه. لأنهم اهل لذلك
مرة أخرى شكرا جزيلا على كل مرحلة مرت معنا سويا.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ دخولي لكوزين على غير موعد ، كنت أنا وأهلي نريد أخذ فكرة فقط عن المطابخ ؛ فلقينا الأستاذ الخلوق الرائع المهذب : عبد العزيز حميد الأحمدي.
تحوّلت الفكرة إلى عمل وبعد استخارة عزمت على المضي قُدُمًا وكتابة العقد وكانت فترة تخفيضات كبيرة ولكن يستحق كل ما تدفع فيه .
على العموم لا أظن أنني كنت سأعمل المطبخ لولا الله ثم الأستاذ عبد العزيز أزال كل العقبات ونصح لنا في التصميم واجتهد في أن يوفر منتج يتناسب مع الامكانية المالية واحتياجات الأهل .
وحسب ما رأيت فكل الإخوة العاملين يتمتعون على قدر رفيع من الخلق واللباقة والنصح يخطفون بها قلوب العملاء .

I entered a two-cuisine unannounced. My family and I wanted to get an idea of the kitchens only; So we met the wonderful and polite gentleman: Abdul Aziz Hamid Al-Ahmadi.
The idea turned into a work, and after istikhaarah, I resolved to move forward and write the contract. It was a huge discount period, but it was worth everything you paid for.
In general, I do not think that I would have worked in the kitchen had it not been for God. Then Professor Abdel Aziz removed all obstacles and advised us in the design and worked hard to provide a product that fits with the financial means and the needs of the parents.
According to what I saw, all the working brothers enjoy a high level of manners, tact and advice with which they win the hearts of customers.

اخذت عرض اليوم الوطني وكان سعر التخفيض جبار والسعر جدا مناسب لي اتوقعت يكون اغلى من كدة لكن وفقت الحمد لله مع الاستاذ علاء شبيب طبعا دفعت عربون في سبتمبر بعد وضع تصميم مبدئي حتى استخير واستشير والحمد لله وقعت العقد في بداية نوفمبر وتم التعديل كثييير على التصميم لاخراج التصميم المناسب لرغباتي وطلباتي ودفعت نص المبلغ طبعا واترفع الطلب للمصنع وقالولي خلال ثلاث الى اربع شهور يتم تسليم المطبخ وكنت اتابع مع استاذ علاء بالنسبة لتقدم الامور مع المصنع وفعلا في بداية مارس اتواصلت معاهم وطمنوني بوصول المطبخ للمستودعات في جدة ونادوني لدفع باقي المبلغ وحجز موعد للاستلام طبعا طبيعي اتاخر يوم واحد عن الموعد المحدد لمشكلة المواصلات والحمد لله وصل تاني يوم فقط استلام المطبخ واليوم اللي بعدة للتركيب والحمد لله يعطيهم العافية استاذ فرحان الجبور كمل معايا واستاذ علاء ماقصر ابدا وكان متعاون ومتجاوب لكل استفساراتي وطفشته بكثر الاسئلة والاستفسارات فنيين التركيب ممتازين جدا جدا واي مشكلة ممكن واجهتني في التركيب حلوها ليا الحمد لله جزاهم الله خير فعلا مستوى رائع من الخدمة
First time dealing with cusine
I took the National Day offer, and the discount price was great, and the price was very suitable for me. I expected it to be more expensive than that, but I agreed, thank God, with Mr. Alaa Shabib. Of course, I paid a deposit in September after putting in place an initial design until I was asked and consulted. Thank God, I signed the contract at the beginning of November, and a lot of modifications were made to the design to bring out the The design is appropriate to my desires and requests. I paid half the amount, of course, and raise the order to the factory. They told me, within three to four months, the kitchen would be delivered. I was following up with Mr. Alaa regarding the progress of things with the factory. In fact, at the beginning of March, I contacted them and they assured me that the kitchen would reach the warehouses in Jeddah and they called me to pay the rest of the amount and book an appointment for receipt, of course Naturally, I was one day late for the transportation problem, and thank God, the next day arrived, only to receive the kitchen, and the day after the installation. Thank God, he gives them wellness. Professor Farhan Al-Jabour continued with me, and Professor Alaa never failed. He was cooperative and responsive to all my inquiries. Could you have met me in the installation, please solve it for me, thank God, may God reward them. Really, a great level of service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ over all great experiance , the all over crew are great , i have dealt with farhan (saleman) , he was great , my first time i spend almost 3-4 hours to choose my kitchen you will be subrised from the details avilable which includes above 20 types of wood and colours , almost every colour is avilable , 4-5 types of bolish , dosons of different handels , moder, classic styles) , i like the idea that they design an 3d before you confirm your selection , so you can imagine the true fit of your kitchen.
PROS: - very stylish
- german wood
- great custome care
- offer 3d script
- easy mantinace and replacment
CONS: - expensive
- the tops are only wood no marble
- it takes up to 120 days to recieve yr kitchen
