★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي كانت في تقويم أسنان ابنتي مع الدكتور سالم باوزير. الدكتور ماشاء الله قمة الأدب والحرفية والتواضع، يعرف عمله كما ينبغي. أنصح بالدكتور سالم أينما ذهب. بالنسبة للمجمع ككل فهو نظيف وهادئ وفريق الاستقبال قمة في الذوق والأدب.
Very much recommended. Especially Dr Salem for his expertise in dental orthodontics.
 My experience was in orthodontics for my daughter with Dr. Salem Bawazeer. Dr. Mashallah is the pinnacle of literature, craftsmanship and humility. He knows his work as he should. I would recommend Dr. Salem wherever he goes. As for the complex as a whole, it's clean and quiet and the reception staff are top notch in taste and politeness.
Very much recommended. Especially Dr Salem for his expertise in dental orthodontics.

Alhamdulillah, my experience was very successful and beautiful with Dr. Nisreen Al-Badri. Mashallah, her hand is light. Her handling is very elegant and the result is the most beautiful (smile). Thank you from the heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ افضل عياده زرتها. واحب اقدم خالص الشكر للدكتور دينا فرهود.سويت عندها ابتسامه وكانت جميله يدها خفيفه مره ماشاءالله وحبوبه . بصراحه مره كنت خايفه من النتيجه بس طلعت افضل من المتوقع. وكذلك اشكر الدكتوره بشاير الله يجزاها خير صبرت عليا كثير. وكانت حنونه جدا. والدكتور اياد عرنوس سويت عنده خلع جراحي والحمدلله ماحسيت بشي ولا اي مضاعفات ويده خفيفه ماشاءالله. ولا انسى الشكر والتقدير للمنسقه آمال الذوق. الله يسعدهم جميعا كانو رائعين ??
The best clinic I've visited. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Dina Farhoud. She had a sweet smile, and she was beautiful, with a light hand, Mashallah and his love. Frankly, once I was afraid of the result, but it came out better than expected. I also thank Dr. Bashayer, may God reward her with goodness. She was very patient with me. She was very affectionate. And Dr. Iyad Arnous had a surgical dislocation, and thank God I did not feel anything or any complications, and his hand is light, Mashallah. I do not forget to thank and appreciate the coordinator, Amal Al-Zoq. God bless them all they were amazing ??

اللي صار معاي وللاسف بعد الثقه في المركز من التعليقات
بعد الكشف وعمل خطه علاجيه مع الدكتور عملت موعد ثاني يوم
وطلبت اراجع مع الدكتور الخطه العلاجيه حبيت اتاكد من بعض الامور
بعد اخذ موعد وتواجدي في المركز وبعد الانتظار رفض الدكتور مقابلتي وقالو تم تحويل الخطه العلاجيه مع دكتور ثاني
و موعدك مع الدكتور الثاني ودوامه الفتره المسائيه طيب ليش عملو موعد الفتره الصباحيه ماعرف
علماً اني وضحت لمن حجزت الموعد عن طلبي ولمن رفضت العلاج وطلبت استرداد المبلغ قبل اي جلسه علاجيه تعاملو معاي بعض موظفين الاستقبال معامله مستفزه جداً ورفضو تسليمي المبلغ المدفوع
وحولوني للمدير وقالو يداوم مساءً ولمن طلبت منهم رقمه اعطاني موظف الاستقبال رقم مغلق طول اليوم ورقم التواصل اللي تم حجز الموعد من خلاله مايردو ولمن اتصل على المركز واطلب المدير يخلو الخط معلق ولا احد يرد وفي الاخير بعد تعليقي على قوقل ماب عن تعاملهم واللي صار معاي اتصل المدير من رقم مختلف وقال على حسب نظام الشركه مايرجع المبلغ الا بعد شهر حذفت التعليق ماحبيت يكون فيه مشاكل وقلت ممكن يرجع المبلغ بكل هدوؤ
ولمن رحت عنده رفض تسليمي المبلغ الا بعد شهر وطلبت تحويل المبلغ عن طريق البنك لاني بعيد عنهم رفض وقال لازم تجي وتستلمه من المركز علماً انه مسجل في السند يتم الاسترجاع عن طريق تحويل بنكي فقط وقعت على اوراق استرجاع المبلغ على كلامه وانتظرت وبعد شهر اتصل عليه مايرد واراسله بالواتس مايرد وبعد تقريباً خمس ايام رد
ماعرف ليش في البدايه تكون المقابله ممتازه ومن احلى مايكون وبعد ماتدفع الفلوس يقلبو عليك

Honestly, very, very bad transaction
What happened to me, unfortunately, after trusting the center from the comments
After the examination and making a treatment plan with the doctor, I made an appointment for a second day
And I asked to review with the doctor the treatment plan, I wanted to make sure of some things
After making an appointment and being in the center and after waiting, the doctor refused to meet me and said that the treatment plan had been transferred to a second doctor
And your appointment with the second doctor and his evening shift, so why did they make an appointment for the morning period, I don't know
Note that I made it clear to those who booked the appointment about my request, and to those who refused the treatment and requested a refund, before any treatment session, some reception staff treated me very provocatively and refused to hand me the paid amount
They referred me to the manager and said he works in the evening, and for those of whom I asked for his number, the receptionist gave me a closed number all day, and the contact number through which the appointment was booked, they don’t want. The manager is from a different number and said, according to the company’s system, the amount will not be returned until after a month. I deleted the comment, I did not want there to be problems, and I said it is possible to return the amount calmly
And whoever I went to, he refused to hand me the amount until after a month. I asked to transfer the amount through the bank because I am far from them. He refused. He said you must come and receive it from the center, knowing that it is registered in the bond. The refund is done by bank transfer only. And I sent him a WhatsApp message, and after about five days, he replied
I don't know why in the beginning the interview is excellent and the best it can be, and after you pay the money, they turn on you
Allah is my suffice, and the best deputy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جزيل الشكر والامتنان على كل ماتقدمه الدكتورة دينا فرهود من دعم ولطف وتقدير ورعاية تامه لجميع الحالات التي تشرف على علاجها بالفعل تمتلك قلبا ذو رحمة كبيرة جزاك الله خيرا بنقل تجربتي لكم انا فقدت الثقه في نفسي تماما والله ماهقدر اوصفلكم قد ايش هي حنونه وتحب تسمع للمريض وهدفها تسوي الشيء الصح اللي يعيش معاكي العمر كله وطريقه نصحها تخليك غصب عنك تسمع لكلامها والله بفضل ثم الدكتورة دينا غيرت لي حياتي والله الله على ما اقوله شهيد تجربتي من ٤سنوات واكتر بعد التركيب والله ماعنيت من اي مشاكل ولا روائح كريهه وانسجام اسناني مع اللثه كانها اسناني مو تركيب وبراجع عيادة الدكتورة كل ٦شهور للمحافظه على النتيجه حبيت انقلكم تجربتي لانها تستاهل كل خير والدال على الخير كفاعله ?
Many thanks and gratitude for all the support, kindness, appreciation and care provided by Dr. Dina Farhoud for all the cases she supervises. She actually has a heart of great mercy. May God reward you for conveying my experience to you. Do the right thing that will live with you for a lifetime, and the way to advise her will make you listen to her words, I swear to God, thanks to Dr. Dina, she changed my life for me. I swear to God, I have been martyred for 4 years and more after installation. Installation and return to the doctor’s clinic every 6 months to maintain the result. I would like to pass on my experience to you because it deserves all the best and the evidence for good is sufficient ?
