★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سويت ابتسامه عند الدكتور فادي وصراحه شغله كويس وتعاملهم بعد وفي ملاحظات بسيطه وقال اضبطها لك لاكن النتيجه حلوه وعالج اسناني كامل من فراغات وتنظيف.
I had a smile at Dr. Fadi, and frankly, he did a good job and dealt with them afterwards. There are simple observations. He said I will adjust them for you, but the result is good, and my teeth are completely treated with voids and cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسواء المستوصفات التي قمت بزيارتها
زيارتي بغرض تركيب ابتسامه المشاكل الي واجهتها
1- تركيب اسنان احجامها كبيره وغير متناسقه واللون غريب جداً يميل للازرق
2- تركيب عدسه مكسوره وبعد الاكتشاف ( يقول بقفلها لك بحشوه!!!!!)
3- تركيب عدسات وبقى عدسه يقول ( نسينا العدسه تعال بعدين نركبها!!!!)
4- ضغط العدسه على اللثه مما سبب التهاب ونزيف
5 - قبل تركيب العدسه قلت لو شلتها عادي قال عادي جداً وبسهوله
6- بعد طلب ازالتها شوه اسناني وشال طبقه المينا الحاميه للاسنان لي اسبوعين اسناني ملتهبه جداً وصاير شكلها منحوت وغير متساويه
7- طلبت استرجاع المبلغ ومماطله وتجاهل وقال بيتواصلون معك الاداره ولي اسبوعين ولا احد اتصل
(وعشان اكون منصف الاستقبال تعاملهم راقي ومحترم وخدومين )
One of the worst clinics I've visited

2- Installing a broken lens and after the discovery (he says to lock it for you with stuffing!!!!!)
3- Installing lenses and a lens that says (we forgot the lens, let's put it back together!!!!)
4- Lens pressure on the gums, causing inflammation and bleeding
5- Before installing the lens, I said if you paralyze it, it is normal. He said very normal and easily
6- After a request to remove it, my teeth were disfigured and the protective enamel layer was worn for two weeks. My teeth were very inflamed and their shape became carved and uneven.
7- I asked for a refund, procrastinating, ignoring and saying they will contact you, the administration, but I have two weeks, and no one called
(And in order to be fair to the reception, they treat them with class, respect and service)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربه ممتازه للتركيب عند د.فادي وركبت تلبسيه والحمدلله وضعها جدًا ممتاز .. فيه نقطه غير عن الشغل الرائع اللي هي التأخير يعني موعدك الساعه ٤ تجي وتجلس تنتظر ربع ساعه الى ثلث ساعه عشان العياده فيها شخص قبلك ولا طلع هذي النقطه مضايقه واتمنى منهم الحرص على الالتزام بوقت المواعيد
ولكن الشغل رائع وجميل شكرا لكم
