★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was regular, served like any other Hardees branch in KSA, but why I gave it two stars is due to the bad customer service when I arrived during night time the person taking orders was an Indian guy, when I gave him my regular order I got charged an extra 2 riyals for no obvious reason, than i told him that it’s cheaper online then he started ranting on why I didn’t tell him that I ordered online when I actually didn’t but I let it slide and ordered online when I finished eating I went to grab a refill and approached him to ask for one he replied quickly with an attitude that there’s no refill which isn’t the case with all the other branches I’ve visited where I can get unlimited refills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its 24 of March 2022, i have never seen such bad arrangement of manpower, I’ve waited in the drive thru window for more than 15 minutes and he haven’t taken my order, its a phillipine employee who works in the day shift.
I ended up leaving the place because the staff are not even paying attention to the customers apparently
