★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لم يعجبني .. السيارات مكدسة عند مدخل الصيانة بشكل مزعج.. اعتقد يحتاج لموقع مساحته أكبر .. والاستقبال موظف واحد يقدم الخدمة والباقي غير متفاعلين..
I did not like the cars piled up at the entrance to the maintenance in an annoying way.. I think it needs a larger site.. the reception is one employee providing the service and the rest are not interacting..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل ينقصه المهنية و النظام ،، اول ما دخلت يقول ما نستقبل بيجو ،، و بعد ما وريته الموعد حقي الساعة ١٠ يقول اوكي نستقبل ،، و انتظرت ٣ ساعات ونصف و بعدها اخيرا دخلت مع العلم انها صيانة دورية ما بتاخذ نصف ساعة ،، هذا غير (السستم) ماهو عارفه و يقولي تدفع وانا سيارتي عليها صيانات دورية مجانية ،، هذا غير عشوائية المركز من الداخل مافي اي تنظيم و كلهم دايخين و من الخارج سيارات في كل مكان و تكدس و ما اشوف احد بيشتغل على السيارات.
تقيمي لإيجاد حلول للفرع و التحسين . و اتمنى انه تتأخذ اجراءات.
مع الاسف اول و اخر مرة راح ازور فرعهم.
وصلنا ٢٠٢٢ وباقي الفرع بدائي.

Unfortunately, this is the first and last time I will visit their branch.
We reached 2022 and the rest of the branch is rudimentary.

They don't answer the phone, they don't seem to care much about delays.
I am French, I bought a peugeot, I know the brand and the standards, this is way under what peugeot should accept from a contractor for maintenance.
