★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Only one lazy staff to deal with the customers. In one hour only 2 customers dealt. No one speaks english. Staff simply doesnt want to work but use his mobile while the customer is waiting at the counter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming to this place since 3 months now to get infotainment screen fixed. Every time I've come here, they have asked me to come on another day. This time i took an appointment yet it didn't change anything.
Worst customer service. No system of any kind. Customers have to wait hours on end for the agents to call their number.
This is by far the worse branch to visit for your car problem in Jeddah. Unfortunately, other branches do not entertain you if you want some sort of repair or maintenance done.
I sat there for more than an hour i have never seen so many angry customers in such a short time.
I hope they change themselves soon.

Size is small. its next to Hyundai's gigantic service center. no queuing system no parking coz its a showroom too and all of their cars that cant fit inside their mini showroom are triple parked inside. No staff that can propely communicate in english. Big thumbs up to Al-mojdouie.
Update: there's no point in taking advance appointments, even if you do they give you a hand written number(see below) to wait. What's the point, it's a weekday and we all have jobs so stop this non sense. Either have appointment system or have the manual ticketing and wait system. Staff is super rude the manager is Rude. He tried to brush me off. I don't feel a sense of belonging or values at all at SARI STREET Branch should have invested in some other Chinese brand coz service is so un welcoming being with them since 2017 and losing sense of lolayty with every year Jeddah service centers are the worst.

I booked an appointment but still had to wait 2 hours in queue. Though the salesman seemed earnest, other staff members don’t seem to take their job seriously and spend a lot of time on the lie mobiles or chatting or talking to customers who aren’t in queue.
Manager was just floating around aimlessly instead of supervising the shop floor. When I complained, he simply brushed it off and handed me my keys. I left my number for them to call me when the part was available. They never did.
Left without my service being done or my problem being fixed. If there is an alternative place to fix my car I’d rather go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read a lot of negative reviews about the service center but my experience today was quite good. The staff was polite, they promptly took my car for service (service completed with half an hour) and i was served with Arabic coffee and dates.
Moreover, they also gave a complimentary car wash voucher :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to find parking, waiting time said 45 min, I waited 85 minutes. Waiting area is not female friendly, stood for a good portion of the time as all seats are full with men. Seats aren't comfortable anyway (especially not when waiting for such a long time). Other customers with appointments said it took a week to get an appointment and still they wait for over an hour for their turn. Top it off, I am there because the AC is hot, car is still new and they need to keep it for up to 1 week. Whatever happened to the warranty?!!
