★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسواء المحلات اللي تعاملت ??معها اسعار عاليه وتلاعب في مواعيد التركيب فرع الرياض تحديداً لا انصح اي احد بتعامل معهم.. دافعه المبلغ كامل وحاجزه موعد من 3 اشهر وجاء موعد التركيب ولم يتم وكل فتره يعطونا موعد اخر وإلى الآن لم يتم التركيب ؟!!! حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

ركبوا عندي باب دولاب والعامل اخطأ في التركيب.. من ٦ شهور راجعتهم كذا مره واخذو رقمي وعنواني وعدوني بتحديد موعد وللاسف لحد الان ما احد نسق معاي.. انتبهوا من خدماتهم ما بعد البيع..

شكرا لكم على الرد .. لكن ما ينفع احط رقم جوالي في مكان عام .. اذا عندكم رقم جوال واتس اب اعمال تزويدي به لارسال كافة تفاصيل المشكلة وحتى صور من المحادثة مع اصحاب ارقام الجوالات المنتهية بـ 9615 او رقم الواتسب الاخر المنتهي بـ 1067 وكيف انهم لم يتجاوبوا معاي ،، فالأفضل يكون رقم الجوال غير الارقام السابقة..

بعد مضي ٣ ايام تقريبا من كتابة ردي على تعليقكم الى الان لم يتم تزويدي بالرقم للتواصل معاكم ..!

بداية بعدد العمالة اللي جت تركب غرف النوم (٨ عمال) وهذا شي يدل على حجم العمل. ( ركبت مطبخ من اكبر محلات المطابخ بالرياض بعدد عمال ٣ اشخاص)
طريقة تغليف الخشب والمرايات وقطع القماش بطريقة مميزة تدل على احترافية عالية (كل قطعة ملفوفه بكمية ضخمه من النايلون والكرتون)
انجاز بدون اي غلطة او بدون ما اوقف على راسهم او اتابع شغلهم.
حرفيا حاولت ادور اي ملاحضة على الشغل بس احرجوني الجماعة لاني ما حصلت اي غلط.
تعامل راقي ومحترم وتجاوب عالي (خصوصا من الاخ عبيدة اللي تعبته بكثرة الاسئلة والتفاصيل الدقيقة)
مواعيد دقيقة (٣٠ يوم بالضبط)
نظافة عالية وحماية الموكيت بوضع شراشف على الارض لحمايتها من الاوساخ خلال العمل وتنظيف كل امكان العمل بعد الانتهاء.
تدارك الاخطاء بسرعة عالية واصلاحها ( طلبت لون مرايات black smoke وجابوا وحده منها لون bronze وتم ادراك الخطاء ومعالجته بأقل وقت وجهد)

Classy and respectful treatment and high response (especially from Brother Obeida, who tired him with many questions and minute details)

High cleanliness and protection of the carpet by placing sheets on the floor to protect it from dirt during work and cleaning all work places after completion.
Errors are rectified quickly and fixed (I asked for the color of the black smoke mirrors, and they only got the color of bronze, and the error was recognized and treated with the least time and effort)
