★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفين سيئون للغايه من ناحية التعامل والتجاوب على أسئلة العميل كذلك التشديد من تواجد المشرف ومراقبة الموظف في تصرفاتهم مع العملاء. حيث ان الموظف بعد خدمة العميل الاول يحاول تضيع الوقت من خروج مكتب او إجراء مكالمات او تدخين وخلافة لان العميل المنتظر يحاول النوم في المكتب من تكاسل الموظف رغم قلة المراجعين
 The staff is very bad in terms of dealing and responding to customer questions, as well as stressing the presence of the supervisor and monitoring the employee in their behavior with customers. As the employee, after serving the first customer, tries to waste time from leaving the office, making calls, smoking, etc., because the waiting customer is trying to sleep in the office due to the employee's laziness despite the lack of auditors
