★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for more than 2 hours just to extend my brother's ticket who is in Pakistan on vacation and the agent told me we cannot do this unless the traveller comes to us personally or visits any Saudi airline office in home country. Their website also isn't accepting online payments to extend dates. Worst ever after sales services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every kind of Saidia ticket booking, issuing, canceling, changing can be done here. Most of the stuffs can understand Arabic only. It seems to us they work in a slower manner.
