تجربتي مريرة مع فرعهم بحي المنار بالرياض فقد أرسلت السائق لغسيل مفرش ولما عاد إلي بالفاتورة تساءلت عما فعل فقال ان نظام المغسلة هو استحصال مبلغ الغسيل أولاً فقلت له ان المسؤول عندما هاتفني لم يذكر ذلك وإنما أخبرني بالأجرة وموعد التسليم فوافقت علي ذلك..
وطلبت من السائق العودة واسترجاع المفرش والنقود فأفاد برفضهم ذلك☹️

من حيث المبدأ تلجأ لهم في حالات خاصة مثل غسيل بخار أو بعض البقع التي لاتزال بسهولة.. هي متخصصة لكنها لاتصلح للغسيل الاعتيادي اليومي لأن الأسعار خاصة بالتنظيف الاستثنائي وليس اليومي... وتحتاج 24 ساعة للحصول على ملابسك.. كذلك يستخدمون منظفات قوية .. وكما تعرف كثرة استخدام المنظفات تهلك الملابس..

خله يزيد نص ريال او ريال عن المغاسل العادية بس اضمن اني غسلت بمكان نظيف واللي بيشوف الفرق يغسل ثوب ابيض عند مغاسل العادية و يجرب عند الجبر بيشوف الفرق بلون الثوب
نظافة لا يعلى عليها ??
تنظيم وترتيب رهيب ??
كذلك فيه خدمة تصفيف الملابس مجانية
