كذلك مؤخرا ضيعو لي ثوب صوف كشميري تكلفته غالية وجابو لي ثوب اخر رديئ بداله، ورفضو التعويض.الا بثمن بخس جدا. توقفت تماما عن التعامل معهم وتحولت لمغاسل اخرى washlee
Al Rahden Laundries have dealt with them for a long time, and their quality is below par.
Also, they recently lost a Kashmiri woolen dress, which is very expensive, and they gave me another poor dress instead, and they refused compensation, except for a very cheap price. I completely stopped dealing with them and switched to other washlee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اذا ضيعوا ملابسك اياً كان قيمتها يعوضونك قيمة الغسيل ٦ مرات فقط يعني لو ضيعوا لك تيشرت شاريه ب٣٠ ريال ولا شاريه ب٣٠٠ ريال كلها نفس التعويض؟!
ب اي منطق آلية التعويض؟!
If they waste your clothes, whatever their value, they compensate you for the value of washing 6 times only. I mean, if they waste a T-shirt that they buy for 30 riyals or buy it for 300 riyals, it is all the same compensation?!
By what logic is the compensation mechanism?!
