★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف الشديد بنك يفتقد المصداقية والشفافية وخاصة الصناديق لا يلتزم بالاتفاقية مع المشترك . كل شيئ على حسب اهواء مدير الصندوق وخاصة صندوق تداول الاسهم المرن لم يلتزم مدير الصندوق بالاتفاقية التي وضعها بينه وبين المشترك . بنك لا يلتزم بالاتفاقيات وتنفيذ الاشتراك والاسترجاع حسب الاوامر التي يضعها العميل اعتقد انه بنك يفتقر لأقل طرق المصداقية في التعامل . المشكلة ان بعض الاشخاص عديمي الذمة والامانة والمصداقية ولا اعلم هل دينهم يأمرهم بغش وخداع الناس وهضم حقوق الناس في ابسط الامور عندما تضع امر وتجد ان البنك يقوم بتنفيذه على حسب اهواء مدير الصندوق تعرف ان الاستثمار في هذا البنك لا يستحق ان تقوم بالاستثمار فيه . المشكلة البنوك لا يوجد عليها رقابة صارمة لما قامت بالتلاعب بالأوامر التي يضعها العميل على حسب اهواء موظفي البنك . حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل على كل ظالم .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفين سيئين جداً ويحتاجون دورات بخدمة العملاء يدورون أي عذر عشان يرجعونك وما يخدمونك خصوصاً اذا عرفوا ان شغلتك تحتاج تعبئة بيانات طويلة. رجعني ثلاث مرات يقول اذا بتفتح حساب لازم تحجز موعد اون لاين مع اني اخذت رقم وجاء دوري والبنك مو زحمة والمرة الثانية رجعني يقول السيستم معلق
