اسوء بنك ممكن تتعامل معه .. اذا مالك حاجه عندهم لاتفكر في التعامل معهم . تدخل المكان معلقين فية شعارات كاذبة (( نحيطكم بالاهتمام )) و(( شريكك المالي الافضل)) مجرد كلمات تسويقية كاذبة ولازال البنك متاخر في التقدم الجميع تطور وأصبح يتعامل بالمعاملات الالكترونية الا هم لازالوا يتعاملون بالمعاملات الورقية ؟! دخلت بنك السيدات لايوجد فية الا موظفتين فقط باقي المكاتب فاضية .. يسالونك اول ماتدخل اش تحتاج تعطيهم اللي عندك وبعدها تفضلي انتظري دخلت عندهم الساعه ١٢ طلعت الساعه ٣ وللعلم ماكان فية الا وحده قبلي وبدون اي حل للمشكلة . والمشكلة هي اني فتحت حساب عن طريق النت بدون زيارتهم ولمن جيت ابي اسجل في الخدمات الالكترونية قال لازم زيارة الفرع لمن سألتهم لية قالوا لان المعاملة هذي لازم تكون ورقية لازم نرفع البيانات ورقياً للإدارة وهم يرسلون لك اسم المستخدم وكلمة السر ? هذا غير الموظفات مالهم اي صلاحية ماتنفذ لك اي طلب الا بعد موافقة الإدارة.. اي شيء تسالهم تقول لك انتظر نسأل الادارة.
The worst bank you can deal with.. If you have something with them, do not think about dealing with them. You enter the place with false slogans “We give you attention” and “Your best financial partner” are just false marketing words. And the bank is still late in progress. Everyone has developed and deals with electronic transactions, but they are still dealing with paper transactions?! I entered the Ladies Bank, there are only two female employees in it. The rest of the offices are empty. They ask you first thing you need to give them what you have, and then go wait. I entered them at 12, it came at 3, and for the record, there was only one person before me and without any solution to the problem. The problem is that I opened an account online without visiting them, and for whom I came, my father registered in the electronic services. He said that I must visit the branch. To whom I asked, why did they say that this transaction must be paper, we must submit the data and paper to the administration and they send you the username and password ? This is not the employees, they do not have any authority to implement any request for you except after the approval of the administration.. Anything you ask them tells you to wait, we ask the administration.

للاسف الموظفه رافضه تنفذ لي تمويل بحجة توكلنا ورجعت لهم مره ثانيه بعدماالغوه امسوللاسف تقول لازم منه والله لو ماانا محتاجه تنفيذ طلب ماااادخل هالبنك عمري كله

للأسف لا يوجد خدمه ذاتيه في المصرف ... كنت بأمس الحاجه لها ايام العيد و لكن لسوء الإداره لم نحصل عليه علماً انني ذهبت الى خميس مشيط و نفس المشكله بنفس سوء الأداره .. كذلك حاولت الاتصال على رقمهم المجاني و لم اجد الحل ... هل الحل مع بداية الدوام في داخل المصرف سيئ الذكر !!!!! .. البنك يقع على الحزام الدائري في جهة البنوك الغربيه داااااائماً .. مقابل مصرف الراجحي .. الموظفين جيدين و يتعاملون بمهنيه عاليه و اخلاق جداً رااااائعه ... و لكن كتحديث للنظام و الأجهزيه لك عليه ... هناك من يهتم أكثر و لكن ليس مصرف الإنماء !!!!!
Unfortunately, there is no self-service in the bank... I desperately needed it during the holidays, but due to bad management, we did not get it, knowing that I went to Khamis Mushait and had the same problem with the same mismanagement.. I also tried to call their toll-free number and did not find a solution... Is the solution with the beginning of working hours inside the notorious bank!!!!! .. The bank is always located on the ring belt on the side of the western banks .. opposite Al-Rajhi Bank .. the staff is good and they deal with high professionalism and very good manners ... but as an update of the system and equipment for you on it ... there are those who care more, but not Development Bank !!!!!

Very Good staff and taken system is also proper you can open account in few hours and also get atm card same time I like it.....

Before going to the abha branch, I first visited the khamis branch. Same old thing, didn't help me out, last year i waited for 1 hour, they just kept on chatting with each other, today i asked them if its possible to atleast register new pin for my digital card, (my alinma app was locked, forgot password and attempted to login for several times) she just told me that their atm printing machine is not working and there's no way she can help me renew my login details. Then i decided to try my luck and visited abha branch.The security guard is accomodating, the ladies figured out in a nick of time that they can fix my problem.got my new pin, password and printed my atm debit card in just 30mins! Im well impressed. Good job guys! Keep it up!
