Through my personal experience, a very unsuccessful branch, I took an appointment ticket and stayed for an hour without any response, knowing that the branch at that time had no other clients.

ع	عمر الألمعي. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جداً و بطيء بطيء بشكل غير معقول قعدت فيه ساعتين و شوي عشان اجدد بطاقه و جهاز الخدمه الذاتيه معلق و الموظفين متكبرين لدرجه ما تتصورها. Very bad and unreasonably slow and I sat there for two hours and a little while to renew my card and the self-service machine was suspended and the staff were arrogant to the point you can imagine.
م	محمد آل عجلان on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اجراءات معقدة جدا جدا مارأيت مثلها في اي بنك آخر موظفين عجيبين في طريقة التعامل مع العميل وهو يقدم لك الخدمة يحسسك انه متفضل عليك وقاعد يعطيك من حلال ابوه اصدار بطاقة فقط اخذ مني ساعة كاملة ووقعت على 15 ورقة وفريت الموظفين كلهم ! بقية البنوك تصدر من جهاز خدمة ذاتية او عن طريق الموظف خلال 10 دقايق وحتى موظفين خدمة العملاء سواء على مواقع التواصل او في رقم الهاتف المصرفي اخلاقهم وتعاملهم زي الزفت خدمات الاون لاين ايضا خدمات محدودة وغير متطوره خل البنك هذا اخر خياراتك .. Very complicated procedures I have seen in any other bank Wonderful employees in the way of dealing with the client It offers you the service of your sense that he is kindly to you and the rules you give from the halal father The issuing card just took me a full hour and signed on 15 sheets and frit all staff! The rest of the banks are issued from a self service service or through the employee within 10 minutes And even customer service staff either on the networking sites or in the bank phone number their morals and treated them as uniforms Online services are also limited and non-sophisticated services This is your last choice ..

I found the staff cooperative and the arrangements of counters and services was nice. The interior seemed attractive as well.
