★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Tag Hauer watch that needs a new plastic strap. They said it will take them up to 4 months to get it. Absolutely the unacceptable. The brand should be given a better agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one and only authorized Omega service center in Riyadh, it's really modest in terms of service time (it takes months to service your watch, in my case 2 weeks for a 5 minutes job), only 2 men working there and doing all the work, the service center located in an old building in a crowded street with no parking spots, center interior is really modest. This should not be the case when representing Omega in the city of Riyadh, no wonder Rolex boutiques are always busy, but Omega's are not. I should've been smarter with my choice. Hope they improve fast.

The maintenance and experienced tech is there.
But it takes very long time to repair especially when spare parts are needed.
It can be improved, but nothing have changed for a long time.
