You have to wait two times, first time just to pay and take receipt, in this situation you will wait at leat 30 min. , second time for the clinic

I tried calling them over three days to set up an appointment and ever time I call they take ages to pick up, and when they do, the simply hang up the phone without saying a word. Finally, I decided to go without an appointment, I got to the front desk and asked if they have a doctor available and they said yes, I paid the fees and walked to the doctors clinic, I waited by the chairs outside his clinic thinking that they will call by names or something. In a matter of seconds more than 10 other patients arrived and stood by the clinic door, some of which even nocked the door, and what happens! The nurse comes out writing numbers in each patient receipt to organize them. What world do we live in!? This is not acceptable at all!!
