★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr prescribed the medicine and medical store inside the hospital gave medicine which was manufactured in 2016 (3 years back) and very close to expiry date. This is antibiotics and should not be taken if very near to expiry date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been admitted to do surgery operation, really from the first step everyone was helpful, I would like to raise a special thanks to Dr. Mohamed Al Bahwashy, Dr. Zakaria Hamza, Dr. Mohamed Ghazi and Dr. Ahmed. They give a special care and treatment, I filt that I am at home.
Also the nurses (specially Worood khan)
They were honest and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people in reception desk are very helpful and will mannered and will spoken. There is some issue specifically with the insurance office there is no cooperation at all, and very little details given. The doctors are very intelligent and knowledgeable, but very over worked. Specially Urologist doctor his doing surgery and taken care of patients in the clinic. Some times this result in fire back result. Take care of the doctors please so at least they will take care of the patients more comfortable and attention. And please stop prescribe some medication that are not available in your pharmacy and if you send patients to Al nahdi make that the medicine are available. Or give me another option in case I didn't find the one you prescribed for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad reception employees and non respective responses for the calls also they not reply professional at all and close the phone when speaking if you request your lab results, so bad experience and never go to this hospital agin????????????????????????????

Entering each minute costs 130sar at this hospital, even at the consultation the helper (nurse) and the doctor will discuss the cost of a service Infront of us only,
For example, Doctor will say this scan will costs around 1000sar above and the nurse will correct it is 1300 sar excluding vat ...
Too much for everything ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and people are very rude.... They only have business because in Yanbu there are very few hospitals and so people don't have much choice.
Receptionist took 35 minutes to open my file. And i just had stand in line for 35 minutes.
Then doctors don't arrive on time, there is no fixed time for them. I came to hospital at 5, doctor was supposed to be here at 5 but he arrived at 6:40. And its not first time, he came late many times.
I would suggest to switch your hospital and never come here. Its not worth the money you spend.
