★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة ما بعد البيع سيئة جدا ولا انصح احد بالتعامل معهم، لتغير بطاريه ساعة قالولي يبيلها اسبوع ، وفعلا بعد اسبوع كامل رحت استلم الساعة لقيت ما غيرو البطاريه ، يقولولي لا يوجد ضمان ، مع العلم اني ارسلت لهم الضمان على الواتس اب ) حسب طلبهم ) ، الموظفة اعتذرت وقالت اسفة بس للاسف ما فتحنا الواتس اب وشفنا الضمان ، الصراحه اذا بطارية كذا كيف شي اكبر ، وشكرا
The after-sales service is very bad and I do not advise anyone to deal with them, to change the battery of a watch, they told me to wear it for a week, and actually after a whole week I started receiving the watch and found that they did not change the battery, they tell me there is no warranty, knowing that I sent them the warranty on WhatsApp (according to their request), The employee apologized and said sorry, but unfortunately we did not open the WhatsApp and checked the warranty. To be honest, if the battery is like this, how is something bigger, thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يستحق ٥ نجوم محل الساعات الوحيد الذي يستلم الساعة لتغيير البطارية في اي فرع، يهتم بخدمة مابعد البيع . باقي المحلات لهم أفرع محدده،. وفيه محل للماركات عالمية يطلب الذهاب لفرع الصيانة في الملز بهذل العميل.
It deserves 5 stars, the only watch shop that receives the watch to change the battery in any branch, it takes care of after-sales service. The rest of the stores have specific branches. And there is a store for international brands that asks to go to the maintenance branch in Malaz with this customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لديه جميع الماركات ، وانبهرت بالاسعار كانت معقولة ، لديهم اذواق مختلفة ، كما ان لديهم خدمة تغيير بطارية الساعة حتى لو ماتشترى من عندهم.
