★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 1 hour waiting in a queue of 10 cars just because the receptionist of the middle line took her break suddenly, without redirecting the cars to other limes
And when i complained ,she told me in very aggressive way :its my break and you cannot move to another line its not possible
Our expectations to find a supervisor or manager who can manage the break time of the employees in order to let the patients not waiting 1 hour
(By the way the other lines was working normally, so it depends on your luck her)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I admit they're organized, and the fact you can drive through makes things much easier. However, my low rating is due to the fact that they claimed on their site that their PCR test costs 149 SAR, yet they asked for 171 when I made it, claiming that the site price doesn't include tax. They should reflect more transparency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, cheap and was second in line at the time I went there. Result took less than 24 hours and (as a physician who took thousands of swabs myself) swab was done professionally and correctly.
Recommended for anyone in a hurry to make sure they're safe and keep harm from their loved ones.
One star was deducted because entrance didn't have a clear sign at the time and I took a short while looking for it.
