★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist refused to speak English. His excuse was that they are not paid well and they don't get any commission. There is a big population in Saudi Arabia who don't speak Arabic. I this Albassami co. must look into it. This is affecting their business. People will resort to other companies with better service.
