زيارتي لهذا الفرع كانت بعد العصر وللاسف الخدمة بطيييييييييييييييئة جدا جدا جدا الادارة لازم تتعامل مع هذا الموضوع بشكل جدي وتشوف حل مع الموظفين لازم يتحركوا وياخذوا الطلبات بشكل اسرع ويتفاعلوا مع الزباين

My visit to this branch was in the afternoon, and unfortunately the service was very, very, very slow. The management must deal with this matter seriously and find a solution with the staff. They must move and take orders faster and interact with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ اكل للصحة وسبب ترهل الكبار والصغار! رائحة زيت القلي تلوع القلب وهم لصيقين بمسكنا.ويقدمون اكل غير طازج من فترة سابقة ومحمى خاصة للاطفال. مدري ايش يحبب الناس في هالاكل السيء؟!
The worst food for health and the cause of sagging adults and children! The smell of frying oil fills the heart and they are close to our home. They serve food that is not fresh from a previous period and is protected especially for children. Do you know what people like about bad food?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتمني انو يكون في علامة واضحة لاغلب الشعب انو ايش الوجبات المتوفرة في هذا الفرع
من بعد انتظار اتفاجئ بعدم توفر قطع دجاج جميع الوجبات متوفرة ما عدا قطع الدجاج نص حبة او حبة كاملة
بسبب عدم التوضيح لطلبات الزبائن اعتبر الخدمة سيئة بشكل عام
بالنسبالي الفرع لا يستحق الزيارة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اول شيء واهم شيء اخلاق الموظف لو في وصف اسوء من كلمة سيء وصفته بيها ، سيء سيء سيء وكاني جاي مشتري من حسابه الشخصي ولا من خيره ، لا هو اللي محترم ولا هو اللي يسلم الطلب زي الناس ، يعني ما ادري هو يحط لي الاغراض فالكيس بشكل عشوائي وانا ارجع اعدل الاشياء من بعده !! .
ثاني شيء ماشاءالله تبارك الله البطئ اللي واصلين له الموظفين تخليني استغرب انو هذا كيف يكون تحت مسمى مطعم "البيك" اي فرع اروح له الاقي سرعة فالخدمة وتسليم الطلب وادب ورقي فالتعامل الا هذا الفرع !!
اتمنى من الادارة انها تلاقي حل لهذه المشكلة لان الصراحة مو معقولة ، مو اول مرة تصير لي ، لان لو اول مرة تصير لي ممكن تمشي لكن ثالث او رابع مرة وكلها نفس المشكلة تقريباً ..

The second thing, Mashallah, may God bless you. The slow staff I pray for makes me wonder that this is how it is under the name of “Al-Baik” restaurant. Which branch do I go to for speed, service, order delivery, and politeness? Dealing is only this branch!!
I hope the administration will find a solution to this problem, because frankness is not reasonable, it is not the first time it happens to me, because if it happens to me for the first time, you can walk, but the third or fourth time and it is almost the same problem..
