لا يوجد لديهم كمامات للحفاض على الصحة العامة .
اسلوب التعامل مع الزبون ضعيف .
تأخير في إنجاز الطلب .
بالرغم ان عدد الزبائن ليس بكثير مقارنة مع باقي الفروع .
لا يوجد لديهم بورست (دجاج) .
بالرغم ان المطعم مخصص لدجاج البورست.
يحتاج إلى الاهتمام اكثر .

اليوم طلبت من البيك ف مكة فرع ام الكتاد ،الشوقية ٢
طلبت صحن مسحب كبير و ساندويتش مسحب الدجاج مو مستوي فيهم و لقيت ذا الشي الاسود داخلها?
مع العلم هاذي مو اول مرا يكون فيها الدجاج مو مستوي
ويوم اتواصلت مع خدمة العملاء قال لي ارجع اتوجه للفرع و اعطيهم عينة من الاكل والفرع بعيد عني ربع ساعة يعني ولا حق البنزين
تجربة سيئة جدا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ماعليه كلام طبعاً البيك معروف ومشاءلله خدمتهم جداً سريعه والموضفين فيه والي يجهزون الاكل والي ياخذون الطلبات اخلاقهم مره عسلللل الله يوفقهم ويرزقهم يارب والاكل جديد ما تحسوه بايت كل مره اروح لهم ونفس الشي اكل جديد وطازج يومياً ولا عمرهم غلطو فطلبي مهما يكون في زحمه ⭐️
