My question is only who supervises the quality of the first bank branchesโฆ The office of Alawwal Bank and this branch in particular is very bad and Procrastinating in providing the service.. I came to them twice. The first time I told them I have an account statement. They told me, I swear to God, we canโt and excuses because the employee is tired of printing. The second time, they said your card will be changed. I said it is valid. It has months left.. The third. They are arguing, and one of them is in the Batha, playing a clip from YouTube out loud, and they told me to wait a little. The funny thing about it is that there is no one but me!! Despite this, I kept seeing the term disguised unemployment in front of my eyes... Many employees and none of them serve you except when you tell him where the bank manager is. The bank manager has come back with a story and God... Frankly, they must find a solution for them and ask them why people are no longer close to them and their reputation is very bad...
