★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما يستاهلون حتى ربع نجمه خدمة سيئه جدا رفض تبديل عملة عندي بسبب ان المبلغ كبير وفي الاصل المبلغ اقل من ٥٠ الف وعندي عملة اجنبيه ويقول اوفر له كشف حساب ما يفهمون بالنظام والمدير جالس يطبق كلام الموظفين ما ادري نظامهم مختلف عن نظام وتعليمات البنك المركزي لهم نظام خاص فيهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت تجربة ممتازه رسوم تحويل عملة أجنبية لعملة ريال سعودي بدون فوائد. قررت أحول ٢١٠٠ جنيه مصري إلى ريال سعودي حُسب لي المبلغ من قبل محاسب البنك بـ ٥٠٤ ريال بينما مصرف إنجاز بجانب العامودي خرجت منه من دون إجراء أي عملية تبديل عملة أراد أن يستبدل لي العملة بمبلغ ٤٢٥ ريال سعودي مقابل ٢١٠٠ جنية مصري!!
ملاحظة: المبلغ ٢١٠٠ جنية مصري كان في محرك البحث قوقل أقل من ٥٠٤ بـمبلغ ريال ونص تقريباً
It was an excellent experience, foreign currency conversion fees to Saudi riyals without interest. I decided to transfer 2,100 Egyptian pounds to Saudi riyals. The amount was calculated by the bank accountant at 504 riyals, while the Enjaz Bank next to Al-Amoudi left it without performing any currency exchange operation. It wanted to exchange the currency for me in the amount of 425 Saudi riyals for 2100 Egyptian pounds!!
Note: The amount of 2100 Egyptian pounds was less than 504 in the Google search engine, with an amount of about one and a half riyals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Al Amoudi today to get a substantial amount of Canadian Dollars at 9 15pm, counter number 23, there was a representative who said his name is Umar. He did not understand any english and this was not a good experience. Everyone working at the counters who deal with foreign customers must know English. Upon asking for a supervisor, to translate he did not do so and said just deal with me. This is not good customer service to foreigners.
