No matter your goal is they will get you there I have been with them for 3 months my weight was 153kg now I'm 139 and I just signed up for 6 more months that how much I enjoyed my self at this gym I would extremely consider you to join.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever you look for a gym, you mainly look at two things. Quality of the gym and the subscription price. Both are great at Countdown.
Quality of the trainers is amazing. Also the tideness of the gym makes you feel like home. Their team did a great job at keeping the place professional yet friendly.
If intense workout gym is your thing, this is the best place I found in Riyadh (keeping in mind quality and price as mentioned above)
