Neet and Clean bedrooms but not specious. Wheelchair accessible entrance and also wheelchair accessible lift. Easy accessibility wheelchair accessible parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. No cleaning of rooms for 8 days we lived despite complaining 5 times a day.
Water heater were disconnected and they never send plumber to fix it. I even complained to duty manager who doesn't give a ***8.
Everyone got sick.
They don't even change bedsheets when guests vacate rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is not an hi-fi one it's just a moderate one rooms are smaller but all the facilities like safe locker, refrigerator, TV etc.. are there. The greatest advantage I could see about staying here is it's just 10 minutes away from masjidul haram, and that's what us preferred while selecting a stay at the holly mecca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good hotel to stay in in mecca. Situated in a main road of Ibrahim khalil. This hotel maintains good service to its customer. Rooms are small and toilets too but they offer quality room service. WiFi is not up to the mark. Preferably suitable for elderly people.
