They ended up charging us double the posted rate and tried justifying it with other taxes (in addition to the 5% and 2.5%), and claimed we were given an upgraded room. The management refused issuing a receipt for the amount we actually paid and instead issued it for the rate they posted. Overall a horrible experience.
