?? Al-Saqia Mosque ??
✍️ Its name is due to its location near the watering well, which was owned by the companion Saad bin Abi Waqqas, may God be pleased with him, which is located to the south of this mosque and from which the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, performed ablution, and he was tormented by its water, and he drank and used it for water. The watering well was buried and no trace of it was left. It was separated between it and the mosque by the old Makkah road, and it was said that the aforementioned road passes over it. Small in shape, topped by 3 domes, and it is located on an area of 56 meters without a minaret. It was designed by an Ottoman building and was restored during the reign of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz, may God have mercy on him, in 1423-1424 AH..
