Bank operators doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. The guy took my phone, did the contract signing online and told me to apply for nafith. I went to another manager to assist me. The good manager told me they should be the one to give me the contract and apply the nafith. NOT ME. They later on told me to not waste their time but in the first place if they did the contract signing personally (as instructed by the text message that I received) NO TIME SHOULD HAVE BEEN WASTED. Good thing the manager was there to explain everything to me. But the rest of the guys in the counter, very very poor service!
