وفي المكان هذا بتحصل اسوأ موظفين ممكن تتعامل معهم في حياتك
اجهزة الصراف متعطله نص ايام السنة اما الايداع لايعمل او الصراف مافيها فلوس
ونص السنة الاخر زحمه عجيبه
والبنك هذا ماعنده اي احترام للعميل ابدا
 The building is small and very crowded
And in this place you get the worst possible employees you deal with in your life
ATMs are unemployed text days of the year either deposit does not work or cashier
And the other year was written by a strange cloud
This bank has no respect for the customer at all

والاسواء على الاطلاق تأخر ومماطلة بالعميل وكأن الواحد يشحذهم تقييمي لهم سيى جداً
The only bank in Balqarn Governorate (Sat Al Alaya)
And worst of all, he was late and procrastinating with the customer, as if one were sharpening them. My evaluation of them was very bad

- مافيه تباعد ابدا
- نظام الانتظار تاخذ ورقة وتنتظر برا فالشمس ..
- مافيه اجهزة ايداع لازم تاخذ رقم وتودع من الموظف
- بداية الدوام ٩:٠٠ ما فتحو الا ٩:٣٠ ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جهاز الخدمة الذاتية معطل وما تقدر تصدر البطاقة بدونه وما في وضوح في التعامل أغلب الموظفين ما يعرفون مهام الموظفين الآخرين ووقت الانتظار طويل وفي الأخير ما تستفيد شيء
ما أستغرب من التقييمات السيئة
The self-service device is broken, and you cannot issue the card without it, and there is no clarity in dealing. Most of the employees do not know the tasks of other employees, the waiting time is long, and in the end, you do not benefit from anything.
I'm not surprised by the bad reviews

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل غير اخلاقي من الموظفين بالذات مدير الحركه اقسم بالله يرفع صوته فوق الزبائن حتى ما يحترم كبار السن نصيحه لوجه الله غيروا هذ الشخص يسئ لسمعه البنك

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فتحو الباب ٩،٣٥ دقيقه احسبهم توهم يوصلون ويوم دخلت الا كل وحده بقهوتها البارده وسوالف
بالعافيه عليهم ماقلنا شي
لكن يتذمرون من الاسئله مايبغون كثره شرح وكلام ياشين الاسلوب والتعامل
وووووين اللي ابتسامه واستريحي مثل بعض البنوك

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موظفات الفرع النسائي سيئات للغايه اتمنى تعيدون النظر فيهم ، بطيئات واسلوبهم سيء ونفيخ ومتلخبطات يدخلون الي توهم يجون والي لهم اربع ساعات ما يدخلونهم والي يعرفونهم يدخلونها علطول هذا من غير اجهزة الخدمه الذاتيه المعطله ولا الفلافل الي تاكلها ساعه بالعافيه بس افطري ببيتك
