★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أستغرب من بعض موظفي هذا الفرع بأي شيء ممكن يرجعك ما أدري ليش فاتحين !!!
( حصل لي كذا موقف يرفضون و أروح لفرع ثاني و لايقولون شيء و يمشون معاملتي !)
باختصار أكره أراجع هذا الفرع ما عندهم أي مرونة ممكن الموظفين جدد !!
للعلم كذا مرة الفرع يكون بجنبي و أتركه و أذهب لفرع آخر ، أتمنى من مصرف الراجحي ينظر بهذا الأمر حتى لايخسر عملاؤه .
I am surprised by some of the employees of this branch, with anything that can bring you back, I don't know why they are pioneers!!!
(This situation happened to me. They refuse and I go to a second branch and they do not say anything and proceed with my treatment!)
In short, I hate going back to this branch. They don't have any flexibility as possible, new employees!!
For the record, sometimes the branch is next to me and I leave it and go to another branch. I hope that Al-Rajhi Bank will look into this matter so that it does not lose its customers.

جيت له يرفع لي طلب وكذب علي وصرفني وتعامله مع العملاء تجي تستفسر عن طلب هو مرفعه يصرفك ع طول. لا انصح بزياره هذا الفرع الموظفين سيئين جداً جداً. وتمنى من الاداره الراجخي تغير كادر الفرع كامل ..
Bad branch and bad employee right of loans
I came to him to raise a request for me and he lied to me and dismissed me and his dealings with clients. I do not recommend visiting this branch, the staff is very, very bad. He wished the Rajhi management to change the entire branch staff.
