★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall service is good but there is no parking space in Malaz Riyadh siteen branch. There are high chances of traffic fine if there is no parking space for clients car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to wash a Single Blanket. There was a new employee I have never seen before at this branch who was extremely rude. I already knew the price of washing blanket is 30 SAR but this worker tried to increase price massively for no reason without even checking if my blanket is Single or Double. Later I went to another Jabr Laundry branch close by and they charged 30 SAR. Apparently the employee was transferred to Sitteen Malaz branch and that is why he was angry and irritable. He behaved very badly with me and even told me that buying a new blanket is better than washing it.

I am visiting here since 2 years and service is very good.
Staff is well trained and good behavior.
They will take only one day to return your clothes.
Branch timing is 8 morning till midnight even in weekends.
If you don’t receive your clothes within one week after delivery then they will send you SMS reminder to receive your clothes.
After one month they are not responsible for your clothes.
