But there is no growth in BIM department . One guy named Ahmad Alwan in BIM department unnecesserly fight and compale the guys to leave the company. He told me once that if this time I will not leave the company then he will create problem for me. someone will be blamed for others fault. Ahmed Alwan plays mind game to torture mentally. Other dept in BIM is slightly better than BIM Mechanical.
Other departments like mechanical arch, struct, are very good. If someone is joining I wish him all the best. I left the company bcos of this guy.
