و بعض شبابيك الظرفه عندي تنسم هواء ولا تنقفل بشكل كامل
No after-sales service and poor handling
And some of the windows in my case breathe air and do not close completely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تقييمي هذا عشان المواعيد اكثر من ٦ اشهر وانا انتظرهم لكن للامانه الشغل والجوده كويسه والفنيين اللي ركبوا الشبابيك ممتازين (( وممكن ان التأخير اللي حصل بسبب ظروف كرونا )) لكن اللي صدره وسيع وماعنده مشكله في الانتظار الطوووووويل يكون مصنع الاسراء خيار كويس بعد الراجحي بحسب ماسمعت
My assessment is that the appointments are more than 6 months old and I have been waiting for them, but for the safety of the work, the quality is good, and the technicians who installed the windows are excellent ((and it is possible that the delay occurred due to the conditions of Corona)), but the one whose chest is wide and he does not have a problem with the long wait, the Isra Factory is a good option after Al-Rajhi, according to what I heard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحة شغلهن اتقااااااان وجودة مقابل السعر والتواصل معهم سلس .. قبل لا اعمل العقد معهم رحت كذا منجره السعر قريب منهم ولكن مافي مقارنه بالجودة وبإذن الله بعد م انظف الموقع بارفق صور مصداقا لكلامي والله ع ما أقول شهيد مالي مصلحة معهم لامن قريب ولا بعيد

Before I do not do the contract with them, I went to such a carpenter, the price is close to them, but there is no comparison with the quality, and God willing, after I clean the site, I attach pictures that are true to my words, and I swear to God, I do not say a martyr of money interest with them for the security of near or far

قايلين شباك عازل لصوت تماماً
لكن كاني بالشارع ، والفني اللي يرسلونه بس يجي ويروح بدون اي حلول !
اتمنى انهم يحلون مشاكل الشباك والبلكونه باسرع وقت ?
They have bad quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف شركة امتهنت الكذب بإحترافية ، فقط يأخذون أموال الناس ويحققون ايرادات ضخمة وآخر همهم هو إنجاز العمل وتسليمه بطريقة صحيحة ،، للأسف الإدارة من إخواننا المصريين لكن يفتقدون المهنية في العمل والله ندمت كثير على كتابة عقد معهم واحذر الناس من التعامل معهم

Unfortunately, the management is from our Egyptian brothers, but they lack professionalism at work. I swear to God that I regret writing a contract with them and warn people from dealing with them

و عند استحقاق الدفعة الثانية ممتازين
و في الالتزام بالتركيب و متابعة الاعمال فاشلين
لا يتم الرد في الاتصال و لا متابعة الاعمال
اللي فالحين فيه بكرة اشوف المصنع و اردلك
المبيعات عند الاخ عاصم فقط توقيع عقد و تحصيل الفلوس و غير كذا يتواصل العميل مع المصنع هو غير مسؤل

And in the commitment to installation and follow-up work, they failed
The call is not answered, and the business is not followed up
