 The National Agricultural Development Company (Nadec) is one of the largest joint stock companies in the Middle East and North Africa. It was established on July 1, 1981 by Royal Decree as a public joint stock company. [1] The government owns 20% of its shares, while the rest of the shares are traded on the Saudi Stock Exchange, which is also considered one of the largest integrated dairy companies in the world. [2] And the first agricultural company established in Saudi Arabia. [3] The capital of the company is 847.00 million riyals, and its market value reaches 2,005.70 million riyals. [4]
