They suggested no need for PCR for our trip and went to the airport and found out we really need it. Went back to them and paid extra for urgent PCR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the day before and 1 hour before going and they said results will come in 24hours. I get there tell them when my flight is and they said ok. Then they made me book on my phone, then with no sympathy I was told it’s going to take 36 hours. Which is too long as my flight is near. No apology at all just told bluntly 36 hours repeatedly. This isn’t acceptable, I came from 15 mins away in a taxi to be told this. Don’t go here, find somewhere else.

We need a PCR test 24 hrs prior to travel, so we went there early in the morning at 8:00 am. they open at 8:00 am and then take 15-20 minutes to settle down, it took 5 minutes to give samples. We got our results in 9 hrs. We paid around 150 SAR per person & they do accept credit card

Located on first floor: take lift from reception in middle of building. Require tawakalna app to enter. About SAR175 per person. Saturday 9 April 1pm. About SAR15 uber ride from Haram.
