★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Go pro camera from here (2 years warranty ) Apparently after using it for one and half year, I was facing an issue with the camera. When I went to fix the go pro, they gave me a token number and asked me to visit the repair center after 5-7 working days. To my surprise, on my visit they handed me a NEW Go Pro as the problem with my camera couldn’t be fixed. I am truly happy with the service . Shukran ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my coffee machine several weeks ago as it was not working and I suspected a problem with the pump. They said they would check it and let me know what was wrong. Three weeks later and I heard nothing so I called and was told it was ready for collection.
When I arrived to collect it I was told that it was working fine and nobody could tell me what the problem was.
The machine was also missing the water tank which was provided when I handed the machine in. They said it was not.
I asked them to check the cameras so we could be certain, but they told me that the camera was not working.
A very helpful Filipino staff member did all he could to help me, and but the manager was useless, he was unhelpful and insistent that the tank was not with the machine when I handed it in.
All in all, the a very disatisfactory service where I still don't have a machine that I can use, I don't know what the problem was, and I also think there is a different filter in the machine, as it is bashed, and I know mine was not.
