لا انصح احد بالتعامل معهم واجهزتهم سيئة للغاية مكيف جنرال سوبريم سبليت نفس صوت مكيف شباك.

I do not advise anyone to deal with them and their equipment is very bad. The General Supreme split air conditioner has the same sound as a window air conditioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نجمة وكثيرة فيهم، تم الطلب من موقعهم عدة اجهزة ولما وصلتني لقيت احد المكيفات عطلان فطلب ارجاع المبلغ والى الان مارجع علما باني طلبت بتاريخ ١٨ سبتمبر يعني قربت الشهر.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف تجربة سيئه للغايه تم شراء اجهزه ما يقارب الاربعين ألف وطلعت غسالة جنرال سوبريم بها خلل مصنعي وتم التواصل مع الصيانه وحضر الفني وابلغني انه الغساله هى كذا .. كيف مدري .. وتم رفع بلاغ تجاري .. لا انصح احد بالشراء منهم خصوصا شراء اجهزة جنرال سوبريم لانهم وكلاء

مشكلتي لم تحل بعد رفع 10 بلاغات
ادارة شركة تمكين اسوأ ادارة على الاطلاق
طبعا بعد مرور ثلاث اشهر من الشراء
فانصحكم لوجه الله لا احد يشتري اي منتج تابع لشركة تمكين الدوليه
الظاهر حتى وزارة التجاره الخايسه متعاونين معاهم ومتهاونين في البلاغات المرفوعه ضدهم
ابتعدو عن شراء اجهزتهم نهائياً .. تجربه لن تعاد
تبغى تشتري اشتري براند معروف عالمياً .

I do not advise anyone to buy from them, especially to buy General devices Supreme because they are agents

I advise you, for God's sake, that no one buys any product belonging to Tamkeen International
Apparently, the despicable Ministry of Commerce is cooperating with them and negligent in the communications filed against them
Stay away from buying their devices completely.. an experience that will not be repeated
You want to buy an internationally known brand.
