★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سيئ وتاخير للمعاملات ولا توجد رقابة على الأداء
فضلا عن ان الهاتف مبرمج عمدا على عدم قبول ادخال رقم التحويلة او التحويل إلى السنترال بحيث انه الاتصال لا تتمكن من الوصول للعاملين !!!
